The staff, including Kristina at the front desk, Marjolaine the concierge, Michelle in the spa, and the charming Max. The breakfast was delicious, cooked to order, and they even made my coffee just how I like it. The location was perfect, with plenty of cultural attractions, charm, and fantastic restaurants nearby.
